IQ by Religious views



These figures taken from this study of white adolescent males. The general pattern doesn't surprise me at all. Generally, the more openminded and amenable, nay, even friendly, to information, the higher they score.

You're a bit disappointed that atheists didn't top the list, right?

I didn't expect them to. Group intelligence is a complicated issue, so it would be bizarre if it all fell along a religiousity line. The structure of religions can be an educational advantage at some levels versus a more individualist approach.
